• Large changes can be requested at the sketch stage, but not after the work is completed.


• I will only accept payment through PayPal.


• 50% deposit is required upon completing the sketch, the rest required upon completion.


• I reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason.

• Full scene orders involve a more complicated artistic process. I want to ensure that you're getting what you want before committing to any irreversible steps in the process. Therefore, by ordering a full scene, you acknowledge that I cannot continue with your order until any questions I have or any updates I'd like approved are looked over by you. Turn around times will be longer and you must provide a contact you check regularly.


• Check-ins will occur at the thumbnail phase, the outline phase, and the flat color phase at the very least.

• Check-ins will occur as regularly as stated in the Full Scene Order section.


• Because you are ordering something I wasn't prepared to provide in my services, you are acknowledging that communication will be crucial to delivering a product that you want. You are also acknowledging that I may refuse your request on any basis.
